Avoid this place if you can This is not a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful when asked. But that is where the positive experience ended. The bath tub looked dirty and had running water that could not be turned off. The smell of the place was not pleasant and this is not a part of town that felt safe. The walls and phone and many other places we caked with grime and who knows what. I would be fine with all of this if I was paying $45 for a night but I paid $170 a night. The sheets were dirty with hair and stains the shower had hair all over in it and the floor was so dirty .. will never stay there again. The location was good
Was very dirty and the smell in the room was terrible i booked 17 day and only stayed 1 night
Just don’t .. Just don’t. Unless you’re on a severe budget, this place is literally for homeless types staying there, living. I’m so sorry. If you’re middle to upper class, just do not stay here. If you’re usually comfortable at a Hilton, Marriott or higher, do not stay here.. ex; a guy had 2 Pitt bulls walking them and chaining them outside. I don’t know what I was thinking. I wanted to be close to my daughters. But no.. no no .. don’t stay here.
Still has lots of trash in surrounds building night staff was great day staff seemed bothered breakfast wasnt even appealing
I was traveling very late in the evening. I was so tired from driving in winter road conditions. When i arrived and tried to check-in to my room I wasxturned away by a rude front desk associate. The reason was that they do not accept debit cards. My card has been good enough for every other hotel chain I have stayed with. It is from one of the major financial institutions. No its 2qm and im looking for another hotel. Never again...
They would only give us one key. Very unprofessional
