Close to Sugar House amenities and I-80. Rooms were very dated; my room had a urine smell (they allow pets).

Could havebeen a little cleaner on the walkway

The green space adjacent to the property is a real plus! Also, a large park and many shopping options are within easy walking distance. On the down side, the water in the shower wasn't hot enough regardless of how long you wait for it. There were also tiny black bugs of some kind in bathroom and kitchen area... wherever there was water... not a lot of them but a few.

Basic but ok.
We were pleased with the size of the room (family of 4) and proximity to dining options. The hotel itself is just a bit tired, needs repairs and fresh paint.
