Snowed in the staff was amazing so helpful. I was in a wheelchair which was hard due to the snow (almost 1 foot). The staff helped me with my car, swept off the snow for me.

Overnight stay We enjoyed our stay. We relaxed and enjoyed eating in our room. All was clean and comfortable. Rates were good and everyone very pleasant.

The way chikfila traffic blocks anyone staying At the hotel. From getting in and out of the hotel parking lot is ridiculous!
