At least decently clean. This is a basic motel that is decently clean which is nice. They only have a breakfast to go.
Melissa who checked us in was wonderful. We arrived very late, 3 AM, on a road trip through Salt Lake City. The office was closed but she was there 30 seconds after I picked up the house phone. A smile on her face and helpful answers to all my questions. She even helped us do a late check out so we could get a little bit more sleep.
The room was clean, however the property itself felt 'tired'. From the outside, I assumed the property was newer, but once I got inside, it felt older. Clean though and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were no ice machines and empty ice trays in our freezer. There was no coffee at breakfast.
Family vacation and Salt Lake City Sugar House The service personal did not answer many questions. For example, they did not inform us you could use a credit card instead of quarters with the washer and dryer. The A/C shut off and on constantly which made the room a little warm.
