Quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Check in and out was easy and efficient. It would have been nice to have coffee ready for guests.

We had a great stay at the Sugarhouse location. They didn’t have breakfast because of COVID, but they did give us a coffee maker and coffee. The price was a great deal. Our only complaint, and it’s not the hotel’s fault, is that they share a parking lot and entrance with Chick-fil-a, which is always super busy. The line to get in goes on for blocks, which means you either have to wait forever or drive in on the exit lane. The good news though is that they’re closed on Sundays.

I expected the hotel to be following strict guides for cleanliness since it was posted on signage all over the lobby and main entrance. However, i found a lot of hair on my bedding, towels, and the bathtub was still dirty. Many of the towels were also stainedwith yellow/brown and black spots. Thankfully, I had at least 1 towel that seemed to be brand new. It also smelled odd, sort of like smoke but it was a non-smoking room.
