Shady Characters but nice staff and surroundings When I was checking in, 3 police offers showed up. Not a good start to my check in. I had booked a pet room, however they were all booked and I was "upgraded" to a king suit on the 2nd floor. The place wasn't very clean and was trashy looking. There was a big bright light in shining directly into my room the whole night. I did not get a good night's sleep. My dog was barking a lot because of all the noise all night. Daniel at the front desk was super helpful. I made a booking online but the hotel was full. He upgraded me at no cost so I would have a place to sleep. I was incredibly grateful. Amazing service!

Getting on to property is difficult due to entry competition with fast food restaurant. Bathroom grout in shower was in need of cleaning and bath fixtures were coming away from the wall. Refrigerator compressor was excessively noisy making sleep difficult. Found garbage under the recliner when I moved it away from air conditioner. This was my second visit to this facility. I will not be returning. Had no contact with staff so cannot rate that part of survey.

The facility was clean and well managed for our needs and we will be back. One challenge is the access off 2100 S is complicated by cars trying to get to Chic Fillet using the same cutout. It is dangerous and drivers are quite rude.

Utterly Outrageous Parking Decent place. Since it’s an “Extended Stay” there’s NO room service if your stay is fewer than a week. Additionally, the parking situation at this location is BEYOND horrific! Some genius decided to put in a Chick-fil-A in the SAME parking lot as the hotel! Parking spaces were sparse anyway, but now with the outrageous drive-through lines backed up onto the street for the restaurant, entry into and out of the narrow drive way of the hotel is ridiculous!
