Only problem was some kids pulled the fire alarm...heard some yelling, then all heck broke loose...had to hide in the bathroom...very effective system! did hear some kids making noise outside somewhere, so it goes.,

Functional hotel in GREAT area. The property is a "bare bones" hotel in a GREAT location! I have stayed in this hotel a number of times because my son lives very nearby. My room has always been absolutely spotless and in good condition. I like the option of having a kitchenette if needed. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. It would be a much better hotel experience if there was daily maid service included without an extra charge.

This is our home away from home. Amazing staff, clean rooms and close to many restaurants and shopping. Very accommodating and thoughtful employees. Highly recommend!!

Convenient, no frills. Super-convenient location in Sugar House with lots of things in easy walking distance. Quick to get onto the interstate for access to the ski resorts. Hotel condition and facilities are ok, no frills.
