Not the best Room was very dark and had a strange smell, the bathroom seemed very dirty all along the grout of the tub was a dark brown color. One of the towels we used smelled of urine, like dog pee we guessed. The tv had about 20 working channels. Hotel description when booking said breakfast, but there was only a coffee bar.

They will take advantage of the situation The stay was good but the front desk personnel were not helpful. I made reservations online and when checking in, the staff kept saying “you do not have a reservation.” I contacted the hotels.com and they called the hotel to get me checked in. This hotel then got me into a room and then they charged me twice for one night. We were allowed to check in early due to weather conditions. Room comfortable and met our needs. Everyone was most kind.
