While it's relatively recently (maybe last 10 years?) renovated, the whole experience feels pretty subpar. Sugar House appears to be a nice place, but

Beware the Closed Lobby The lobby is only open from 7am-11pm, so when your flight arrives after 11pm and you go to check in, you have to call the front desk and wait for someone to come. Except that nothing tells you to call the front desk, so I spent several minutes walking around trying to figure out if the closed door that says "Office Hours" was where I was supposed to be. The stay was otherwise fine, location is great.
