Ok if your not spending a lot of time in your room We called to confirm our reservation. They told us our room was not available and that we got 2 different rooms. Which was fine we had 2 couples. When we got there, the lady was doing amazing. You could tell she had more things to do. So many more then 1 person working would have been better! Then the hallways were really dirty, but the rooms were fine. The second night we had to wait 5 minutes for a person to come to the front desk! Yes you do need to get any kitchen ideas ... read more

Corporate Guidelines / Customer Service Customer service could be improved. My wife was required to show her ID as well as mine. She rarely carries an ID with her. We were told we could not have the room if she did not have an ID. We were able to locate a passport. Despite presentable facilities, this hotel chain will not be at the top of my list for consideration while traveling.

Battle for the batteries! It would have been a nice stay except around two am the fire alarm went off in my room to change the batteries. My 62 year old mother was in the room as I was out with friends. She called the front desk and they told her to come down and get batteries when my mom said they needed to come up and change it their excuse was "but it's the middle of the night" ... my mom replied back "exactly". They were busy when I checked in at 7pm, and my room wasn't ready until 8:30. No biggie - had colleagues to hang out with til they had it done. Heather is awesome. Surrounding area is excellent to get whatever you need real close by.

Clean it up Entire place needs a good cleaning. Carpeting throughout the place is dirty and smells. My room had stains on the walls. Will not be coming back.
