Great visit The red haired concierage was very nice. When I checked in she told me they had upgraded my room for free. I was a few minutes late checking out, but I wasn't charged an extra day.

Kitchen's life saver Really nice and helpful staff. In-room kitchen was a life saver. My parents come from China. Their stomach is just not for restaurant menu here, too much meat and cold salad. the girl at front desk gave us a coffee maker to warm the water, though we don't drink coffee in fact.

Comfortable studio-type room Excellent bed. For me currently suffering reduced mobility, it was inconvenient that I could not get a room reasonably close to the only elevator. Also, the bathroom sink drain should have received attention from a plumber prior to checking in. But the hot water shower compensated. Inconvenient that the only reasonable access to the hotel is driving north on 13th E ; the closest street light is set for through trafic and in effect prevents making a left turn close to the hotel. Extended Stay Works for Me Room is always good, internet offers 2 speeds. Kitchen saves me $50-100 a week by being to eat in my room.

Nice place to stay Had a comfortable stay. Room very clean, staff efficient. The total hotel was great but the reception area does need a good vacuum and cleaning. So glad my room was clean.

There was no promised continental breakfast, no ice machine, and there was a service charge for kitchen items.
