Battle for the batteries! It would have been a nice stay except around two am the fire alarm went off in my room to change the batteries. My 62 year old mother was in the room as I was out with friends. She called the front desk and they told her to come down and get batteries when my mom said they needed to come up and change it their excuse was "but it's the middle of the night" ... my mom replied back "exactly". They were busy when I checked in at 7pm, and my room wasn't ready until 8:30. No biggie - had colleagues to hang out with til they had it done. Heather is awesome. Surrounding area is excellent to get whatever you need real close by.

It was just for a night. Room was nice but no remote for tv. Bed was ok

Good enough I've traveled the world from hostels to 5star hotels.... you get what you pay for (unless you are overcharged which happens a lot) This hotel was 89 dollars on Expedia: it is my opinion that it is priced correctly and perfectly which might be their most attractive quality. Previous criticisms on here from guests mentioned "condition, staff, chaos" and followed by the owners saying they will rectify. In my opinion they did. Especially the staff. Clean it up Entire place needs a good cleaning. Carpeting throughout the place is dirty and smells. My room had stains on the walls. Will not be coming back.
