You get worth your money AC did not work at all and couple other things were broken. But good location, wifi and good orbitz price. Comfortable night sleep.

Needed a King not a Queen I booked a King bed and was told upon check in that the King bed that was left was broken and the only other King was given to a last minute booking. I really needed a good nights sleep after an 15 hour flight, but didn't get it. We weren't expecting 4 star service, just what I paid for. Nothing was offered as a means of setting this right with me in lieu of getting a queen and not the King I PAID FOR, either. Rode hard and put away wet Nice room but the bed was dirty, like dirty hairy sheets. The room at a glance looked clean enough so I suggested new bedding. The front desk staff was helpful and someone up there volunteered to change it while I went out to In n Out burger around the corner. The bed was clean but on closer inspection the room was pretty gross. Surfaces that hadn't seen a wipe down or a scrub. Trash behind the bedside table. Lowest price and best customer service! The staff called and emailed to make sure I was comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean. I didn't sleep too well since I am used to memory foam with more support. Bring your own pillow! No pool or workout room but they did have decaf, muffins and granola bars for breakfast.
