It was bit crusty and paint spots on the wall, chipped paint, rust, and just felt a bit gundgy.

Felt like a hotel in a major downtown city. Several people just hanging around. Was approached by a homeless man asking me to buy one of his rocks. Felt a bit uncomfortable each time I came back for the night. Room seemed to be clean but very worn furniture and carpets. No TV remote in the room.
