Staff was excellent! We checked in and were not satisfied with the room we were in. The woman at the front counter gave us another room. She also found/returned my keys and my partners cell phone to us when we misplaced them. Thank you for being so helpful.

Hot Air Conditioning wasn't working very well in our room.

The room was just great! I had a nice quiet room. I was glad that there were appliances in the room. Can't beat having cereal for breakfast or midnight snack. Every hotel room should come with a fridge.

Horrible greeting Arrived at the hotel around 10pm local time after being on a plane from Florida for 4:30 hours. Was told they sold the room to someone else. Scurried around for 3 more hours to find another room. Found one for 2.5 times as much. Staff was incompassionate and acted like it was t their problem. No help to try to find other accommodations.

Good value for the money. it was really a great location and value. the room had a musty smell though. thank goodness we had some glade.

Meh There was garbage still in the garbage can but the gal at the frount desk was very friendly with checking in and checking out.
