huge disappointment This property has such great potential. It is located in the center of Salt Lake City easy to get to and in amoungst great dining and venues. I was shocked at the pet fee which doubled my stay cost. The rugs were geatly stained and I am watching that they do not add charges for "damages". Although the reservation was for two the room wasn't equiped for two. I won't stay or suggest that anyone else stay at this property.

The front office took a $100 as a security deposit however my colleague arrived after me to another room and they did not take any deposit from him.. not fair.. also the front office did not accept my pre paid credit card.. but they accepted my colleagues card..

Great but some down sides It is great and all but there is no warm breakfast like advertised which if I hadn't already paid i would have gone elsewhere. Its a great room I have no other complaints I was just really looking forward to the warm breakfast 😭

Staff was excellent! We checked in and were not satisfied with the room we were in. The woman at the front counter gave us another room. She also found/returned my keys and my partners cell phone to us when we misplaced them. Thank you for being so helpful.

Hot Air Conditioning wasn't working very well in our room.

The room was just great! I had a nice quiet room. I was glad that there were appliances in the room. Can't beat having cereal for breakfast or midnight snack. Every hotel room should come with a fridge.
