The staff was very nice but a bit undertrained. There is no ice machine on the property. No coffee maker or hair dryer. I should have checked the amenities list, but those items are typically standard in this day and age. Probably would have booked a different property had I known. Wasn't a bad little room.

Our guests often bring their personal items from home to use in their suite, so that's why our hair dryers and toiletries are available and complimentary at the front desk. Less than enjoyable What hotel doesn't have a pool? Even though it's an extended stay hotel people still like to take a break in the pool/hot tub. Our floor smelled so bad walking through the hallway it was bad enough I had to cover up my nose. I know it's because people use the kitchenettes to cook but there has got to be a better ventilation system.
