family vacation. The hotel was ok if all you are looking for is a room to sleep in. Staff was not very outgoing to guests.

Great place to stay. Our experience here was great. The service was great with very helpful staff. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint would be a musty smell in the room. The location and surrounding area provides lots of restaurants and things to do.

Nice location for the Maverik center events We were not aware that the hotel had no amenities as simple as having an ice machine, little bottles of shampoo or a hair dryer (not even one you could borrow). There was not a remote for the TV so called down and was told they would find one. After time (1/2hr) I went to the desk and again was told to give them a few minutes. Finally my husband went down again and they pulled one out of the drawer and added batteries. Not very good customer service.

Pretty Good Our family liked the hotel. Some of the things that I didn't like were, first, the room was terribly hot when we got there. It took about two and a half hours to get the room cooled off. Second, the hallway, on the third floor, was about 95 degrees. Third, the "breakfast" that they serve was more like a snack. Fourth, the bed was very uncomfortable. Fifth, the television stations were lacking variety. The employees were very friendly, and we had a lot of fun. I have had better value for the money I spent is all.
