It was a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay, but our room had roaches in it

Its ok to just stay for one night. We stayed for 3 days and haven't had the breakfast that was promised during the booking. The laundry service is good and cheap for 2 dollar each. I would prefer an alternative if i would need to stay more than one day.

Decent This place was decent. We were greeted by a friendly checkin person. She answered our questions and even gave us information about local attractions. However, the hotel was not as great as we thought it would be after seeing its ratings. Our room was a bit dirty. There was candy and trash under the bed. There were hairs in the bathtub. Also, the air conditioner needed repairs. It made loud noises all night and it was impossible to sleep without it since San Antonio is extremely hot. The air conditioner made it difficu... read more

Good clean hotel We booked several rooms for a short weekend vacation. The rooms were clean for the most part. There were only a couple of stains on the blankets and the pillows smelled slightly like cigarette even though the hotel was smoke free. But not a big deal. The lady in the front desk was really nice and helpful. The breakfast to go was a let down because the last two days we were there, the only thing they had left sometimes was coffee.

I like the layout and how big the room is You need to work more on the cleanliness...it smelled of nothing but trash as soon as you walk into the building.

The rokm could have been a bit cleaner. I found a old candy wrapper and there was a dead bug in the bathroom, but it really wasnt bad. The staff was exceptional and i was comfortable. I will return.

It was okay It was okay.. when I went to check in the room (suite) I had booked was not available, we had to stay in two separate rooms instead. I had paid for 2 nights & there was some confusion, I guess, and they were telling us to check out after the first night. We had to explain the situation to the same receptionist that had checked us in so that was frustrating. But the actual room we stayed in was nice.

I didn't like the fact that my comforter had what look like blood stains on them.
