Did pleased in Sanantonio Room had trash lay on the floor the fire detector hanging off the ceiling cigarette burns everywhere and it was a nonsmoking room

Not so good stay I have stayed in this hotel about 5 times in the last couple of months without any issues. This time, my room was beat up and trash was not cleaned out in the bathroom and kitchen. Housekeeping also left behind a broom and mop and did not leave extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The roll on the holder was almost empty. The carpet was dirty, the sink was in need of a good cleaning, and the bathroom vanity is in need of some TLC. For reference, I was in room #214.
