Lo que ves es lo que hay. Muy recomendable. Las fotos hacían justicia de la habitación, el lugar estaba limpio y cómodo, en una buena ubicación al norte de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

The room was nice, but the cleaning staff left a sticky spill on the night stand. Other than that, everything was as expected.

When I got there, even though it's still day time, there was nobody at the front desk without any notice. I was supposed to look for the help to check in. Its was embarrassed.

Pay attention to the customer experience... Overall, the stay was "OK". The hotel lobby desk staff's customer service was initially not good, but improved after verifying I did have a reservation. When I got to the room, no bath towels, although the room was clean. The shower handle was not secured to the wall and the toilet leaked water on the floor with every flush.
