Dont leave any valuables. We check our bags after a week we arrive home and we found out that my kids ipad and nentindo dsi are missing. we double check and nothing, the only place that we left the back pack was in the hotel, and if we misplace it, why the chargers are also gone. We just go back to the hotel to sleep and the whole day we dont know if some body enter or what in our room. So as advise dont leave any valuables in your room.

Not returning I've stayed in another chain's extended say/suites in the past and was obviously expecting much more than this hotel offered. Negatives: It rained the first two days and leaked inside the window which explains the waterstains on the curtains & pealing paint on the ceiling. The bath "run" was stained. The rubber mat for the tub was ripped. The seal on the fridge didn't seal on the bottom resulting in puddles on the floor. The fridge was not level (actually rocked). The carpet didn't feel clean. Homestead Hotel stay Not good, could not sleep, pay extra for wireless, Non-smoking room worst than smoking room.

Close to the zoo but disgustingly dirty This hotel was very dirty. The rug looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. There was hair on the dressers and counters. The stove burner was dismantled and filthy. We would never stay here again.

Very dissappointed. The saying you get what you pay for was accurate, but even worse than what I paid.

Very Disappointing The condition of the rooms was poor -- trash from a previous guest left under the sink (food and drink garbage), carpet looked dirty with lots of spots, moldy smell in bathroom (toilet leaked), and, only 2 skimpy towels for two women !! We asked to be moved, which they did, and the second room had different issues - leaking refridgerator.

Not what I expected When I arrived there was no room readily available at 4:45pm. The room I was given finally, did not receive a good cleaning. The sheets had stains and i'm not sure they were changed. The bathroom floor had hair on it and the towels needed to be replenished. Upon notifying the housekeeper she did come back, but how could the room have been offered to someone in the those conditions? I dont think I will be interested in staying at another homestead. Will never go back again Extremely poor hotel service. As a matter of fact, there wasnt any service..it was self serve. No miad service the entire week we were there. We satyed there before and everything was nice and clean. This time the room had an odor and many people were living in the hotel. I undsertand it is extended stay, but it's not an apratment complex. I seriously doubr we will stay there again. I couldnt believe we had to pay for toilet paper.
