Unsatisfied customer Room smelled musty and the bed was uncomfortable.

Not value for money. Rooms were not clean. Few fittings were broken. I have stayed in other Extended stays hotels, they were far better then this one. It's certainly not value for the money I paid.

Off the main street. Room smelled musty. Feathers from pillows on floor and bad. Continental breakfast was weak. Glad to leave. Will not book again.

Not worth the discount We were very disappointed in the hotel, the pictures are deceiving. Front desk clerk put us in a smoking room when I requested non smoking, took three try's to finally get us in a non smoking room that he originally said none available. The room was dirty, dirty towels, and to top it off had a horrible smell emanating from the small kitchen. Not worth the discount, spend a few more bucks and stay anywhere else.

Do not stay here, take your family some where else Room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled bad and had an ashtray in the window sill. I had to park my vehicle on the street because they had two large tour buses parked in the lot taking up multiple spaces. The room had a leaky tub faucet, very loud. I split a drink on my sheets and requested a new set Weds night, I did not get the sheets until Thursday night. would not recommend! I have booked many rooms in the San Diego Area,I must say this was not what i would have expected for a newly remodeled motel.room was not clean,there was no Ice machine available,and the overall appearance of the outside was dirty,the stairs had some sort of well not sure what was on it it was red.And there was no pool,sorry had to be honest on this one.

Not comfortable The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower was strange. I would not stay there again

Avoid the Extended Stay America at Hotel Circle The hotel staff was inexperienced and unhelpful. The room wasn't cleaned prior to checking me in and there was trash on the floor. The door to the hotel room did not lock. Every time I left, I had to move all my stuff into my car. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors speaking softly.
