It is what it is Looked for an inexpensive hotel in the Mission Valley area. This property fit the price parameters but was not up to standards of other Extended Stay properties i have stayed at in the past. Pretty beat up and quite dirty inside and out.

Worst bedding Horrible mattress and bedding. Poor towel and all amenities are the worst. I regret booking at this hotel. I will not book through expedia again.

Worst Extended stay i have ever lived in When you go with the Brand name Extended Stay or Residence in, you expect certain basic services and Quality that was absent form this hotel. the look, feel, services ( free breakfast was a joke - just granola bar and bitter coffee) . the Kitchen utensils were unclean and bed was horrible to sleep on. the room looked like a cheap motel.

Feels more like a old motel The room are in desperate need of repair. Door does not close properly and has a security alarm attached. The rooms are next to the parking and at ground level, which means lot of disturbance at night and not much safety when your door is less than 10 ft away from parking.

Disappointing! Came for a one day/night stay to take our son to Seaworld. Check-in says 3pm, but the room wasn't ready until after 4pm. Because of the delay in being able to check-in, they delayed our trip to Seaworld, which was such an inconvenience. The room itself was shabby & kind of gross.
