HOTEL STAY THERE WAS URINE ON THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE OF THE TOILET, HAIR ON THE FLOOR, IN THE SHOWER, IN THE BED, SMELLED TO MUCH LIKE SMOKE,.
What a nightmare I would never reccommend this place, this hotel will try and charge you even if you never stayed there. Reservation has no meaning here. Keep driving. My room smelled so bad I couldn't even stay here. Thank god my drive home was only 2 hrs away. Rating is a 0
Hmmmm Let remind people that this is a extended stay hotel, this means people live in the hotel for long periods of time, this means people coming and going at all hours of the night. The staff was excellent ... The rooms not so much. The carpet was awfully dirty, pillow flat, mattress lumpy and water leaked around the tub. There is no maid service and so that means taking your dirty towels to front desk for clean ones. Expedia says full kitchen... Utensils and cups is not a full kitchen. We picked this hotel for that reason... read more

Overrated Bad experience all the way around. First didn't have room requested was put in two seperate rooms from one corner to next I was with my children we were sepearated. AC didnt work all night because we were not checked in properly. No remote control in room when I went to front desk to ask for one they said yes we have some but batteries might be an issue. Rooms smelled like smoke and it was non smoking section. Just bad all over.

Not very clean and hospitable Rooms were barely clean. Access to rear facing rooms was not at all convenient. No housekeeping fir a whole week! You need to go and get clean towels ... at least twice because they never have them ready.

They overbook their rooms and mislead you. I booked a stay here for my parents through Expedia at two pm for a stay that same night. When my parents went to check in at ten pm they were informed that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for them. The hotel had notice of their reservation and there was no question that they had paid for a night here. Good location but not comfortable to stay The room was far away from the parking. I requested a little more convenient location to the front desk guys. I felt that he might have rooms because he said take a look and if you don't like it may be I can change. Once I looked and di not like it, he said sorry, I have no other rooms available. In other conversations also, he showed a lot of attitude, that is not acceptable from a front desk manager.

Not worth the money I looked at three rooms before finding one that was acceptable. The first was stuffy and the bathroom was not clean. I turned down the sheets an discovered what looked like bed bugs. I only started in the third room I looked at as it was midnight. I really didn't sleep as other guests were noisy. The set up is nice but cleanliness was lacking. Staff at front desk was nice
