Cleanliness of Room Not satisfied room smell bad when we enter the room. iron not working. carpet stain. that way we only stay 1 night and check out the next day and i paid for 2 night stay.

Business For the very high price price, the amenities are few such as no kleenex and lousy soap. Rooms are marginally clean. Hallways and interior carpets were filthy. Staff very friendly. Upside is the location.

Disgusting and Very Disapointed!!! Checked in, went up to the room stunck like fish! Called the attendent to ask for another room and she said just to open the windows and air out the room!!! Unbelivable! There is NO WAY we spent the night there! Bed was probably full of bed bugs! DISGUSTING!!!

Doable... The hotel was going through some remodeling when I arrived there for California 70.3 Half Ironman 2012. The place is fine for a quick stay but what I found to be very problematic was that by the time I was ready to go to bed, I realized that the pillows did not have any pillow cases -- and it was already 1130pm -- the front offices close at 11pm. Would I stay here again? No. I think for any overnight stay, it's worth paying a lot more for a little less more.

Not worth the money Spend a little more a stay somewhere else. Bad location. Rude staff. Dirty rooms (bathroom toilet was dirty from someone else. yuck! And sheets had someone's hair in it. Then if you need them to clean the room that you didn't even dirty, they wont unless you have stayed there for so many days.

Wouldn't stay here. This hotel was in a convenient location, but the bathroom was gross, I found hair on the sink and in the shower. I asked for non-smoking yet the hall smelled strong of cigarrete, my blanket had cigarette burns.To say the least I was not happy with this hotel.

Messy messy We were looking for inexpensive, which we know also means "no frills," and that was fine with us. But what we did not expect was the overflowing garbage receptacles at the entrance, and a very strong, almost overpowering fried or fast food odor each time we rode the elevator, so bad that we ended up taking the stairs.

no hair blower... the hall way is dirty. the receptionist told us to come back after 30 minutes but we came back after 50 minutes, they kept us waiting in the lobby for another 30 minutes bec they will clean the room first...
