Bad experience Too expensive for horrible stay, I will no recommend this to anyone.

Disappointed. Stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. No hair dryer no shampoo no breakfast no housekeeping and a room that smelled like smoke.

Room size was decent. However halls and stairways had an odor that was not pleasant. On the other hand, the front desk staff was very polite, helpful and professional.

good price, nice staff, bad room staff super nice. But room was disappointing. uncomfortable beds, and the thinnest walls ever. Heard everything above and around me. every time the water was turned on, a tv, bathroom, sounded like it was in my room. very loud

Work Reserved a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. For those of you like me that don't smoke, its very unpleasing to walk into a room with that smell.

Over booked hotel. We booked our hotel on-line for a room with a queen bed at 8:00 P.M. When we arrived several hours later, we were told that their were no rooms with queen beds available and the only room they had was a room with two twin beds. We were informed that they could not guarantee reservations after 6:00 P. M. After refusing the room with the two twin beds, they we waited for the staff to clean a room with a queen bed. Cleanliness IS NOT a priority Oh my, there are no words...the hotel was very close to Legoland and the view from one of our rooms was very nice...golf course & lovely homes. The staff was friendly if they were available, but the rest of the hotel was a disaster! The rooms are FILTHY!!!! Door knobs were grimy, kitchen was sticky, bathroom had mold & slime growing everywhere. My son stepped on something that looked like animal feces. Pets friendly is one thing, but there were way too many large, scary dogs. We will never stay ... read more

never again The first thing I noticed was the dirty elevator and immediately wished I had another place to go. The bed was a rock and the floor had old, yucky carpeting I couldn't stand to walk on barefoot. There was a dark hair on the washcloths on the counter. There wasn't any kleenex in the bathroom. There's a Hooter's right next door. The only nice thing was the effort of the solitary employee at the front desk to smile and put a good face on a dreary hotel.

July 2013 We had asked for non smoking and they gave us smoking even tho we confirmed hours before getting there then they gave me a key and some body was already in there also happened to the people in front of us also rooms were a stinky..
