Booked this place with high expectations as I had stayed at 2 other locations of same brand and was pleased. However, with this location, I won't be going back to this one again. I was in a nonsmoking room but woke up in the middle of the night and smelled cigarette smoke in my room. It was bad enough that it exacerbated an asthma episode. Called the front desk about it but wasn't really sure what action to take. And some of the guests' dogs were barking at different times. It was just not a pleasant experience overall.
The room was dirty, there was hair from shaving in the shower, long womens hair in drain, there was a food wrapper under in the corner. It was very outdated and not comfortable at all. I've done extended stays before and was never a problem. I have another reservation with extended stay next week in another part of the country and im cancelling.
Dirty and Smelly The hotel room is overpriced. It smelled bad throughout the building and the room was dirty.

Was totally unsatisfied. Found dried up animal fecal matter under one of the beds.

Very small and outdated, not as pictured online Room carpets were wet, stained, and ripped. Very outdated! Someone (employee?) used a key card and walked right in my room shortly after we checked in. Bedding very cheap like a motel. Did not feel safe at this location . no room cleaning unless you stay 7 days, and they still ask you to reuse your towels and bedding. Continental breakfast is granola bars and muffins. Stayed at Hampton in for 3 nights in Carlsbad - 100% better and only $8 more per night with a free full buffet ... read more
If u love the smell of pet urine and ripped carpe. The room and halls smelled of pets and urine. The carpet were very stained and ripped due to the pets. Bedding also had very strong odors and visual stains. The hotel was over priced. I will never stay there again. Look around for a better place and make this hotel a not on ur list.
My son found a cockroach on the ceiling of our room.

Not as expected Floors were sticky, bathroom not completely clean (mold in sink, hair in tub, toothpaste on faucet). Not updated, would not return.
