Elevator didn’t work wasn’t notified had to carry luggage to 3rd floor!!

Nice hotel Hotel is location is good. Just that on the day we checked~in no lift service available got to walk the stairs with your luggage. Front dest specially at night on our stay is nice, forgot her name but she was amazing, coffee is freshly brewed. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator which is rare in most hotels.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway and common areas dirty. No continental breakfast as promised until we were checking out at 830.
