Great Service My daughter & I arrived late night for a lacrosse tournament the next day & when we walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked the lady at the front desk to change rooms but unfortunately there were no rooms left. She was very apologetic and offered a discount which was kind. When we got back the next day my daughter took a shower but the tub didn't drain so I went back to the front desk and asked if they had another room available and they did. Adrien (Asst. I was only there one night. Therefore, was not able to experience more of the service. The towels were clean, the soap was very small and it was difficult to make it lather. Overall the amenities were good. I like the fact it has a microwave and refrigerator as well. Everything was very clean and functional. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was not very clean. They claim to have a 10 point inspection process but the floor was sticky from the moment we stepped into our room.
