Good Room/Sketchy Area The room was great and clean. Just had sketchy people hanging around outside. Maybe that's because some people live there for extended time? Also had different smells through the halls everyday because of the kitchens in every room.

Needs upkeep, especially for the cost. Linens were clean, towels were clean, however the restroom counters were not clean, and we found lots of trash under the beds (food, wrapers, beer cans), form the looks of it, it had been accumulating for weeks. AC worked fine, the shower drained backed up a bit, the sinks worked fine, however they were lacking in utensils, had to call down to lobby for dishware and the pans available had the coating falling apart (did not use due to health concerns). location, location, location. Location was in close proximity to Eternal Hills Mortuary/cemetery. Also close to my girl friend's house. Could choose to cook in or eat out. Have used this hotel for the past 4 years. O have never been disappointed.

Walls are paper thin could hear my neighbors and thei dogs all night as well as the Lions in the pond outside the window.
