Very nice for the price We picked this hotel for its proximity to relatives in San Carlos and because it was pet friendly. The base room price was extremely reasonable for the area, although a pet adds $25 a night. Nice size and configuration of the room. Because it's an extended stay inn, it has a fully operational kitchen, complete with a residential refrigerator, as well as real cups, plates and glasses. Nice hotel! My wife and I had a great time... everything was great...staff was very nice and professional, room was pretty clean, TV had a nice selection. Overall great deal for the price.

Estancia La cadena de extended Stay America se distingue por tener studios a un excelente precio y muy comodo, el personal de recepcion excelentes pero el grave problema es que cada fin de semana que voy al uno de los hotels de esta cadena siempre en algo falla el personal de housekeeping, esta vez en esta estancia, llego la misma housekeeping de una vez anterior a golpear la puerta del cuarto a las 8,30am, a razon que yo habia dejado dicho en recepcion que entregaria la habitacion a las 11,30am, no se que esta pasando con e... read more

A good place to stay for a few days Staff was friendly. Desk staff isn't always available but contacting them by house phone got someone to your assistance pretty fast. I made a mistake in my reservation (smoking room) and they accommodated a change the next day, which I greatly appreciated. Good value and convenient to some pretty good restaurants, shopping areas and main routes.
