Two people, two comfortable chairs! On ground floor two doors down from lobby, very noisy! Asked for another comfortable chair, was informed non were available. Hotel was less than 50%occupied, could have accommodated my request easily. Lots of open space between door & frame, let in lots of noise from lobby.

Nice spot Had a nice stay. Needed a hotel for an event in the area, clean room, nice front desk person.
It was good for the 2 days I was there
Convenient, safe, efficient All was very good and met expectations. Room was clean and neat. Needed shampoo...but none in room.
An Odd Hotel There is a dearth of clean hotels, in Redwood City. Extended Stay is one of the few. It's clean, but there is no daily maid service, no room amenities (e.g. shampoo), unless they are requested at the desk, no fresh towels or linens, unless they are requested at the desk and exchanged for the used materials, and a complimentary breakfast that is lacking. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant, and the place is clean.
like the area and rooms are pretty good. We found some ants crawling around the window near the air conditioner/heating unit, but we've seen enough hotel impossible to know how to advocate for ourselves and then we headed down to ask for another room, and we got one which was fine. I like the nearby food areas in redwood city/san carlos including in-n-out, movies, jamba juice, and access to the freeway, and cost !
Great valentines day getaway Very relaxing, perfect if your looking to stay somewhere where you don't have to worry about being bothered! We even Stayed 2 extra nights!
Good service; clean room; but noisy... Good clean rooms; internet; kitchenette; but room was noisy even though it was supposed to be one of the quieter rooms. I guess the walls are just thin...you can clearly hear noises from the other rooms; their TV and bathroom noises....
Ok hotel dog friendly Dog friendly which is ok but should only designate certain rooms for that I have allegergies Front desk girl very nice our key wouldn't work room next door had big family and barking dog when we tried to get in room went back down to front desk she gave us upgrade and new room
