Served the purpose.. Bed was good, and that's all I needed the room for. It's rated 3 star and that's all it deserves. Price was good, for the Bay Area

Safe area, clean, but problems. My daughters and I felt very safe in the area. The room was great. Clean. Only thing wrong was a missing light cover in sink area. The night personnel could not speak English well enough to give us directions when our GPS steered us wrong. Another guest in the lobby had to help us. There was no security to handle our very boisterous neighbors and the same personnel spoke to them only to ask if they were having a problem but no they were not too loud. Another language barrier. A Nice Place to Stay Very Clean, comfortable and maintained well. No remote in the room for tv and when I wiped up water off the floor, the towel came up pretty black.

Not for stays less than a week This hotel is more useful for people who are staying for a week or longer has full kitchen with silverware pots and pans in rooms. They do not offer housekeeping for rooms that are not staying longer than a week if I remember correctly. For my husband and I who only stayed two nights, the stay was not very beneficial. No toothpaste in the rooms, decaffeinated coffee in room with a non working telephone to call guest service. Bath tub looked like it could be been better cleaned. We had a King su... read more

Good Hotel The hotel was very well priced and comfortable. The room was clean but the bathtub not so much. There where no shampoo bottles or toiletries, but overall a nice place for the price.
