All right stay, 3rd world hospitality. We checked into a room with a dirty microwave, and trash that was full from the patrons before us. That wasn't all, there was a manager in the morning that kicked us out while we were getting ready to leave. Not only did she kick us out, she was rude, insincere, and repeated the check out time and the time her cleaning lady leaves. I wouldn't stay here again. Our stay was great--the hotel is wonderful and as we have occasion to be in that area, we will stay there again. The only minor suggestion I would have is that the shampoo, etc. should already be in each room. I had to go to the desk and ask for it. Very minor, though.

Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights Good and nice hotel. About 30-40 minutes ride from pier 39 of san francisco. Hotel is clean and a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Would not stay there for a week (Only breakfast is instant cereal, muffins and fruit and no pool). It's just a place to sleep.

great for the money The bed was a little hard but no biggie and I was on the smoking floor and so being a nonsmoker I could smell the smoke but it really was not bad. All in all it was great and I would stay here again!

Nice hotel in my former area Hotel and it's staff were very nice. I would have liked to see the rate a little lower. Does everthing in SF area have to cost so much.

Convenient location We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Only one problem, even with free wi fi, I had problems accessing email and Facebook on my I phone.
