Great for family The hotel was not plush but served the purpose for an overnight. The kitchen was very convenient. The continental breakfast was adequate.

Pluses and minuses Studio apartments in a newer hotel in quiet neighborhood/office park. No shampoo or toiletries except soap. Plenty of towels, but must exchange used ones for clean ones at Front Desk - Housekeeping cleans room once a week. Comfortable beds and pillows. Easily accessible power outlets. Kitchenette with utensils, toaster, full-size refrigerator. 32" flat-screen TV. Mini-breakfast 6-9 a.m. with individually-wrapped muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, fruit, coffee. Highly recommend this San Carlos location The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Great location in the heart of the peninsula with easy access to city or south bay. I will definitely stay here again.

lost item i left a special neck pillow behind in the room after checking out. i called that evening and the girl said the lost and found was locked and I woud need to call back in the morning. I called back and the guy on the phone was disinterested and pushed me off to the managers voicemail. To date I have not recieved a return call. For that reason, and not for the lost pillow, you have lost a customer forever. Yes, my neck hurts and I will go spend another 125.00 to replace the pillow. All right stay, 3rd world hospitality. We checked into a room with a dirty microwave, and trash that was full from the patrons before us. That wasn't all, there was a manager in the morning that kicked us out while we were getting ready to leave. Not only did she kick us out, she was rude, insincere, and repeated the check out time and the time her cleaning lady leaves. I wouldn't stay here again.
