Nice quiet location on weekends We just needed to spend a night when other hotels near the SF airport were booked. It's a 100% business area. Room comfort and cleanliness were OK, but too small for large families. Many smoking rooms available, so beware. Bring your own food if you want to cook. No stores nearby nor restaurants withing walking distance. Nice to have a kitchen and fridge. Advertised breakfast is a small table in the lobby with sugary carbs and no place to sit.

Last minute stay Needed a room at the last minute. It's not a terrible place...outside is clean, location is clean. Rooms outdated and not the greatest I would give 2.5 stars for the price and what you get

nice people I had twisted my ankle so badly that I could hardly walk and my home is a long walk from the nearest parking. Since I had my gym bag and several changes of clothes in the car, I decided to look for a hotel for a couple of days. I showed up at Extended Stay fifteen minutes after making the reservation and when I explained the situation to them, they traded my upstairs room for a downstairs handicapped-equipped room at no charge. Extended Stay America Nice helpful staff, clean room, decent bed, nice grounds. The only problem was the building was built with metal studs, so cell phone reception was nil inside, and the walls carried sounds from the outside and adjoining rooms like there was no wall at all. great place for someone hard of hearing or with great earplugs

The breakfast really needs work-not much there and Many of the people staying at the hotel were living there. They did not have an ice machine which meant another trip to the grocery store.

Wouldn't stay again It was ok. Fairly clean except for trash and baby bottle under the sofa bed. Also the sofa bed was not a standard size sofa bed. It was more the size of a love seat sofa bed and that was not listed in the description of the hotel. My kids, 6 & 8 were squished.

Decent place Decent place. Good for long term. But, also good for a short stay near SFO airport.

Our stay Our stay was completely ruined by the totally irresponsible lack of program control on the tv. Fortunately I got to the remote before our young daughter and two channels were showing Adult p Unbelievable. We are thoroughly disgusted

Good for a night Good experince clean rooms. Good location. I recommend it. I have to write all this because they dont let me submit it with a few words.
