The staff at the front desk were extreemly helpful and went out of their way to help me cancel my last night that I had paid for in advance. It would been much easier if your facility could have just canceled my last night and canceled that charge from my credit card. As it was it took over an hour and three different people to get the company who booked my reservation to credit my credit card. Through all of this inconvience the front desk staff did an outstanding job in pushing things along.Thank you Donald and Don.

Small kitchen, Near Freeway Access I live in town and needed a place for two days. This place was the cheapest, yet close enough to city. PROS: small kitchen, inexpensive ($105/night), clean, laundry (not that I needed it), parking very close to the room. CONS: it's a motel style place where doors are facing outside and anyone can knock on them. b/c it's an extended stay place, there's no daily maid service. you have to pay extra for someone to come and change towels/make bed/etc. Overall: i'd stay here again. it's a short t... read more

Comfortable hotel close to the office The staff was very kind, I will make a suggestion: will be better if you inform that the rooms normally are not cleaned every day and if you want the room cleaned every day you need to pay extra.

beware if you check in after 10:30 p.m. After 10:30, you'll find the lobby door locked and there's a phone # posted to call -- so you must have a cell phone with you to make the call. After a long wait, the desk clerk appeared and checked us in. She seemed to be disturbed from sleep (it was about 11:30 p.m.) and was not happy to help us. It was a convenient location with a simple inexpensive room with kitchen and I'd recommend it to someone who can check in before 10:30 p.m.

The staff was great - the hotel and property was clean. I felt safe, but the doors do open to the outside; it is not a "contained" hotel.
