Nice hotel The hotel was awesome and very clean. I liked it and would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. It also isn't too expensive and the staff there are very nice.

Our room was clean, but a little "tired". Everything worked, heat, a/c, TV, etc. The room was on the north side of the building, so we did get a bit of freeway noise. Not objectionable, but noticeable. Continental breakfast is sparse, just small muffins, fruit and coffee. Free parking.

Hidden Gem It was a perfect getaway at a moments notice. The surrounding businesses really keep the area calm and peaceful.

便利 一階だと、部屋の前まで車が持って来れて、超便利。空港からは10分ちょい。スタッフはメチャ親切。部屋はいつものExtended Stayなので、清潔、快適。喫煙可能、モーテルよりも全然いい。

Convenient and a good value Room was nice and comfortable. Downside, no business center, needed to print something out. No hangers in the closet, so could not hang dress shirts.

Convenient BUT issues... The place was convenient, price was good, near places to eat after a long day. BUT they do garden work at 7:30 in the morning, I would say if I wanted to sleep late you couldn't. They are unorganized after we checked out they called me to see if I got everything out of my room, we did... somehow either they had someone check in early and didn't know it or unknown? The person on the phone laughed like it was a joke, so I was very unsure about the whole thing.

典型的な長期滞在モーテル サンメテオのインダストリアルパークにあるキッチン付のモーテルです。部屋の清掃、シーツ交換はなし（追加で1回10ドル)。タオルはリクエストに応じて交換可能です。キッチン付で、様々な食器や調理器具を借りることができます。コインランドリーもあって長期滞在向きです。朝食はシリアルとパックしたマフィン、バーで果物もジュースも無し。周辺は徒歩では何もないですが、車で数分以内でBridgepointeのショッピングセンター、LuckyやWholefoos Market Trader Joe'sなどのスーパー、Costocoなどがあり、困りません。空港からは15分程度、公共交通機関はほぼなし。周辺部は静かですが、すぐ外がフリーウエイ92なので、窓を開けるとうるさいです。フロントは親切ですが、部屋の清潔感がちょっと足りないことと、アメリカにしては狭い部屋が難点といえば難点です。エアコンはアメリカにしては温調がまともに動きます。全般的にごく真っ当なモーテルですが、地域が地域なので値段が問題といえば問題です。かといって、他の安いところは。。。

close to San Mateo Bridge I came to work for a week in Hayward but wanted to visit friends in Palo Alto/Menlo Park Area. This Extended Stay hotel was a perfect location for hopping on 92. Also close to Noah's, Jamba Juice and Starbucks!
