NEED TO BE TURNED INTO HEALTH DEPARTMENT !!!!!!!!! MOST AWFUL DIRTY, FILTHIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, IF WASN' T SO LATE AT NIGHT WOULD HAVE LEFT, SHOULD BE TURNED INTO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. COVERED ENTIRE BODY WITH CLOTHES AND STILL WOKE UP WITH SPIDER BITE OR SOME BUG, NOT THAT YOU REALLY CAN SLEEP. BATHROOM EVEN WORSE, JUST GROSS, DID NOT EVEN USE, WAITED TILL GOT TO NEXT STOP, FELT NO OTHER CHOICE DID NOT WANT TO GET DISEASE, SEEN CLEANER OUT HOUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If no alternative sleep in your car Old grimy rooms everything stinks. Black mold in bathroom with several layers of caulk. Not enough staff Breakfast is cold coffee pump up creamers apples and oranges. Grounds are left to rot. Smells of Indian food overwhelms your consciousness

Non-Smoking Room smelled terribly of smoke. One of the rooms we stayed in smelled terribly of cigarrete and cigar smoke. The only consolation from the staff were thinly veiled excuses: "The room don't smell like smoke to us"; "This is a non-smoking facility, therefore no one could of smoked in the room; or "We would of charged the previous guest a cleaning fee if they had smoked in the room, and as we didn't charge them a cleaning fee, they must not of smoked in the room". A Terrible Experience!! This was the second Extended Stay in three days for us, and NEVER again will I stay in one!!! The Reviews for this facility were mixed, but we paid in advance and a refund was not an option, so we were stuck. The room smelled of curry, which is fine in a restaurant, but not in my room. Small, dingy and the smell of cigarette smoke from the room next door made this a very unpleasant experience. AND the BED!! OMG, never have I slept in something so awful and NOISEY!! Extended Stay America-San Mateo CA VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHECK IN WITH ASST. GEN. MANAGER!! ABSOLUTE WORST! I travel several times a year and have experience with different hotel chains. This person does not deserve to be at the front desk!! She should be back in housekeeping or in maintenance where she does not have to interact with the public. Not a hotel for an extended stay The moment I walked into the room for the first time time, I smelled mold. It was very noticeable and alarming. I went to the front desk the next day and asked if I could change rooms. The lady at the front desk shrugged and said the hotel was full. This despite the fact that I explained the reason. I've stayed at more modest accommodations where they go out of their way to help their guests. Value priced, little else The location was the selling point. However, i could not get certain standard amenities such as a usable iron. Would stay here again, reluctantly.
