The bed is was comfortable! I felt safe. Staff were friendly!

The best extended stay downtown San Jose Everytime I come to the extended stay downtown the customer service is fantastic the mangement knows what there doing I'm coming in happy and I leave happy it's quit the rooms are always clean and ready one of the best hotels iv ever stayed at but I wish I can get a discount for as many times as I go but it's still one of my favorite hotels to be in thank you extended stay downtown for making my visits feel like home
Room was very smelly. Asked to switch room but was denied. The hotel was not very well maintained.
Good stay. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant, but the room wasn't dirty. Their weren't any odd stains. It's not a 5 star hotel but it was a good hotel.
