It was hard to find decent restaurants in the area. The lobby area and the hallways smelled. Upon arrival on the first, there was a large size plastic trash bag (full of trash) lying next to the elevator. It smelled so bad that I vomited. The coffee was usually (2 out of the 5 days I was there) out. Very small/limited selection for breakfast.

Convenient for south San Jose The staff was not friendly and acted extremely bored to have to help us.

Corporate Inn = Decent Option Absolutely fabulous breakfast!!! $50.00 deposit not mentioned in ad through hotels.com...not sure if that is on the hotel or this site. Area isn't the best but not the worst either. Would repeat.

No Cart for luggage lllll No luggage' Cart had to take two bag to elevator ànd to room and then go back to get oxygen bottles and oxygen machine this is a lot back and forth being on oxygen??

Decent place to sleep in a business trip Good place to sleep when you are in a business trip. This is my second time staying in this hotel chain and always have the feeling that they don't trust me since I need to be going back to the front desk to be asking for a fresh towel as long as I bring the one I just used? Weird....

Hotel with some improvements needed I booked this hotel based on the website which made it look really updated and clean. When I arrived, the exterior appeared newer and was very nice. Checking in was quick and easy but don't expect rooms to be available before the 3pm check in time. Upon arrival to the room I immediately noticed wet towels folded up on the sink and bathtub. When checking in the desk clerk responded to questions about smoking to give a lecture about not smoking marijuana to my son???? Was this because he is African American with dreads??? I felt she was making an assumption based on his looks and it was totally out of context. She even informed that if it happened we would be barred from ever staying in another Extended Stay. I will NOT EVER book a room there again.
