Friendly staff doing their best Hotel staff was excellent and I could tell they are doing their best under the circumstances. Most of the amenities listed are “upon request” - even a coffee maker in the room. No sheets for the sofa bed, but kiddo (10 yo) was the one sleeping there so it was fine. I asked for extra pillows and a blanket and the front desk clerk admitted they “weren’t great” but it was the best he had. He was right. All the pillows came in two varieties — flat or lumpy AF. It was clean and the staff was really nice. My only complaint was I had to ask for kitchen supplies, i.e. plates silverware, pans, toaster, coffee pot. It was weird…… I had to ask at the front desk for it and carry it all to our room. That was the main reason we chose that hotel was so we could cook our own meals. They should just keep each suite stocked. And there was no dish soap.
