Love extended stay Edenvale south! This hotel is great, love the staff they are friendly, personable and always are quick to help with whatever request or to help resolve any issue that may arise. I thoroughly enjoy staying here Which is why I am quick to extend my stay and this hotel is the first one I will recommend to anyone asking me to let them know what hotel they should book a room at.

Owner/manager seems to be saving on daily maintenance. For example, the luggage cart loaned to guests has inner-tube balloon tires. The outer tire cover is worn totally out with the inner tube bulging out as the tire turns. Staff had reported this problem, the cart taken for repairs. Evidently the wheels were either (1) replaced with tires not quite so worn, then blacked, or (2) simply had Tire Blacking put all over the tire to disguise the worn out areas.
Fool us once shame on you fool us twice We're done We have continued to stay at this hotel, because its close to family that we visit. I think we've stayed our last time. Every single time we stayed, we've had to change rooms. We thought we were being smart. Before we brought our things in, we went up and checked. Looked fine. Turns out, they had put us in a room, where the toilet didnt work. It woukd flush, fine. Water would not fill in the tank. They moved us. Very apologetic. Provided a credit.
