Problem was the guests staying at the facility. Too many sitting in hallway.

Property itself was very nice. Due to Pandemic though amenities are scarce. So can’t answer on that. Heidi eat front desk was amazing. Overall it was nice.

Horrible check in I anticipated a late check in I called to make sure it was ok . When I I arrived a little after 1220am the system was dwn I waited and fell asleep in car with my daughter for a hour until we we’re able to get checked in I’m in crutches at the moment, I asked if any way I can get a close room . I was assigned probly the furthest room room 325

Hotel stay The lady at front desk was not very bright. She asked for every member of the family to present identification. I explained they were children in high school and she couldn’t understand why they didn’t have CA ID cards. So she to have everyone come to the front desk before she checked us in. Also one of the beds didn’t have a blanket. The pull out sofa didn’t have sheets or a blankets. Once we got to room we had to walk back down to the front desk to get items.
