No pool in summer? The stay was fine. The biggest problem was I paid the extra for the South property because it had a pool. However, I found out after I tried to enter the pool area that it was closed for maintenance for two weeks!!In the middle of the summer? No mention on the website when I booked nor when I checked in. Only after I inquired why I couldn't access the pool. NO note on the pool. No compensation. Manager had short hours so wasn't there when I left nor when I returned. Try something else first The hotel was renovating and the pool was out of service. Not noted on the website, at check in, person was rude and it was too late to find another hotel. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee.

It was what we needed for a night. Had to book a hotel at the last minute and could not find anything else. It looks really nice outside, but once you get inside it's a little dingy. The room was nice looking but could have been a lot cleaner. We were on the bottom floor towards the back exit/entrance and the hallway needs more lights. The back stairwell floors were horribly sticky and dirty. And the bushes next to the back door smelled horribly like urine. What a let down..... Looks nice on the outside, but when I first arrived in my room there was a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm which was scary. Secondly, the pull out sofa double bed was ridiculous. Mattress was paper thin and you could literally feel the springs in your back. Therefore, I got terrible sleep because my kids ended up sleeping with me. They provide you with about two towels, one body bar soap and shampoo, and that's it!
