It was okay for a last minute reservation The Hotel location was fine. The Staff was nice but I did get a smoking room and I was kinda wondering why there was not one ash tray in the room. For it to be an Extended Stay there was no dish detergent for the dishes that you had to go to the front to get I might add. Like I said, it was fine for a last minute reservation.

Not really continental breakfast Shower curtain didn't close so water splashed on the floor. Heating fan was loud so had to turn off the heat. Had to go to the desk for a remote for the TV. Continental breakfast was just muffin in plastic wrap and either coffee or hot chocolate.

near kaiser Hotel was close to Kaiser. The main reason i gave this rating was because the lobby clerk seemed bothered assisting guests. I did hear him say hello, or welcome. He did say how can i help you and thank you but a plesant smile would have gone a long way.

Comfortable but bad odor Toilet had left overs in it, there was a bag full of dirty towels in the corner of the living room stuffed behind the chair. And the room smelled. But it was very comfortable.

No management at front desk from 11:00 pm until 10:00 am next morning. There was no coffee, or breakfast. But it was News Years Eve. Also love the laundry facility got all done in about 2 hours and didn't have to wait there felt my clothes were safe.

Room was big and clean Everything is very nice but the front staff definitely needs some customer service training. They make you feel like you are bothering them ( for both check in and check out) They don't acknowledge you or smile just leaves a sour taste.

I have stayed at the South location many times. a few years ago I stayed there for a month waiting to move into my house in the area. Quite different from the North location which is right next door. I will stay at the South location every time I am in need of a place to stay and do my laundry. I save money walking over to the grocery store right across the street and using the kitchenette for my meals instead of going out or calling room service. I feel comfortable at the South location.
