Have not been able to get a refund. I booked a room here and was not able to check in. I was told they had no available rooms but I was still charged for the room ahead of time. I still have not received a refund because they have not been able to contact management.

Over Priced The bed was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was stale muffins, and the coffee pot not kept full.
CLOSE..CONVENIENT..CLEAN..WILL STAY AGAIN WAS A LATE CHECK-IN... DESK HELP WAS FAST AND COURTEOUS... LOVED MY ROOM... MY HUSBAND WAS AMAZED WITH THE DEAL... WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRAVELS TO SAN JOSE

Never get a smoking room I wish I had thought about getting a non smoking room. I didn't think it would matter. It did. You can't get rid of that smell. Lesson learned for next time.
Stinky and dirty. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The room smelled really bad like cigarette smoke. We asked the cleaning person for febreze or Lysol so we could try to mask the smell so we could stay in the room. They did provide this to us. We rented one of their suites and it had an entryway by itself at the end of the hall. There was trash all over the floor in front of door to the room. Never again I go in my room and it's blizzering hot that day. A good 90° with no breezes and my AC didn't work. I call the front desk & It was a girl with tattoos on her arm and chest. She was not helpful at all and didn't care to help by even the tone of her voice. Didn't offer to send help or assign a different room. SHES what made the stay terrible. Also, fix the AC's!!!!!!
The hotel itself was pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was a different story. When my daughter and I checked in, it was like we were interrupting the girl at the counter. She was not friendly at all and rude. She didn't take the time to tell us about the WiFi code or the time and location of the continental breakfast. Asking questions, seemed to bother her.
