Friendly staff. The floor in the hotel rooms are disgusting. They need to be scrubbed & mopped. Not just damp mopped. If you spill a little water on the floor & use a towel to wipe it up, the towel comes up black, gross. There is an ant infestation on the entire property. By the last day of our stay (day 8) , there were ants in our bathroom. Room cleaning only happens every two weeks. A home away from home The check-in was slow. One lady held up the line. Another front desk rep came up to help us. The one who didn't know how to resolve the patron who held up the line was shuffled over to us. She was helpful with the guy in front of me but when I came up, she wasn't being pleasant with me. The room was clean and cool when I checked in. Kitchenette was nice to have. I made use of the refrigerator to store my snacks and water.
