安くて広い この近隣のホテル郡の中ではおそらく最も安い。 部屋はかなり広い。 巨大冷蔵庫、コンロ付きのキッチンがあるため自炊ができる。(フライパンや包丁なども貸し出ししている) 徒歩圏内にアジアン(中華)のスーパーがあるほか、walmarrtもあるため長期滞在としては住みやすい。 ただしハウスキーピングが週に一回しかないほか、清潔度は低い。フロントは24H対応でない。 また、朝食はマフィンとオートミール、コーヒーしかない。客層も余りよくはない。 リフォームされたため、以前の古くさい部屋よりかは幾分改善された。
