love this place A+++ Excellent customer service at the front desk (Unlike alot of these so called 4 star front desk ppl who are so rude and snobbish )checkin was easy and my friend used to be house cleaning for a hotel so every time we get a room she has the habit of inspecting the rooms to see if the smallest detail is missed and she gave this room a A+++ beds are comfortable i was comfortable i give it a A+++

Sucked The front desk guy was rude.

One bad apple The stay was great there was just an employee that tends to work in the morning, older white woman, that tends to ignore the guest. I asked her to take a look at my room when my power went out and she didn’t, I wanted to extend my stay one morning and stood around the lobby for almost an hour. Everyone else was very sweet and nice and attended to my needs right away!

Pleasant stay. I do wish all rooms had a bathtub or at least given the choice upon check in. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
